Who we are

Cavill + Co is Australia’s most enduring and accomplished CSR & Social Good consultancy.  We’re the team behind many of the corporate-cause partnerships you know and admire.

Since 1995, we’ve helped numerous corporates, companies and brands to do good, better.  Our processes are rigorous leading to robust, measurable and tangible outcomes for both our client and the cause partner.

The team is led by Founder and Chief DoGoodologist Hailey Cavill-Jaspers.

Meet the team

Hailey Cavill-Jaspers

Hailey has been at the forefront of CSR & Social Good since founding her award-winning* company Cavill + Co in 1995.  Prior to this she relinquished a successful yet unfulfilling marketing and media career in London to pursue her passion for good - down under.

In addition to matchmaking, Hailey has authored 9 research-backed publications on CSR and the neuroscience of altruism, is a sought-after speaker & MC and enjoyed her ‘15 minutes of fame' appearing on popular TV shows Gruen Transfer and Grand Designs Australia.

An adventurous explorer in her younger years (having visited 12 of the 18 wonders of the world), these days she's a homebody where she loves to paint (canvas not walls), drink chai and Grey Goose vodka (not together), singing loudly off key, walking other people’s dogs and hanging with her hubby Ty (he’s last, but she loves him the most).

She’s known by her friends as ‘the salad Queen’ (thanks to chef Ottolenghi).  She is unashamedly sassy, creative and funny but also laser result-focused and straight up.

In addition to matchmaking, Hailey has authored 8 research-backed publications on CSR and the neuroscience of altruism; is a sought-after speaker & MC; and has enjoyed her ‘50 minutes of fame' when Grand Designs Australia followed the building of her eco home & office (affectionately called the Hobbit House, due to the curved grass roof).

An adventurous explorer in her younger years (having visited 12 of the 18 wonders of the world), these days she prefers to stay close to home where she loves to paint (canvas not walls), drink chai and Grey Goose vodka (not together), singing loudly off key, walking other people’s dogs and hanging with her hubby Ty (he’s last, but she loves him the most).

She’s known by her friends as ‘the salad Queen’ (thanks to chef Ottolenghi).  She is unashamedly sassy, creative and funny but also laser result-focused and straight up.

She’s a documentary die-hard, loves reading and making connections, and she’s known by her friends as ‘G’.

"It was a deliberate choice to remain small. We offer an exceptional, personal service at a fair price, without being a slave to our overheads"

- Hailey Cavill-Jaspers

The team operates consistent with values laid down at the outset, which include Keeping It Real and Creative Solutions. Our office is part of a 7 ½ star eco-house in the beautiful Yarra Valley - a home that reflects our commitment to minimising our environmental footprint. Called the Warburton Arch House, we work under a curved roof carrying 8 tonnes of dirt and 4,500 native plants. Built by Hailey and her hubby, its quirky design caught the eye of Grand Designs Australia and aired in 2012 on ABC. We invite clients to work with us here to promote creative thinking.  Or we can come to you!
