The HeartSmart Toolkit is your ‘corporate partnerships strategy in a box’. It contains a Starter Kit (introduction to partnership & sponsorship, models of engagement, corporate language, case studies and much more to become initiated into the corporate world) and an Activity Kit. The Activity Kit contains 10 modules that guide you through each step of the HeartSmart® process. It includes user-friendly templates, real world examples as well as an on-line Hub with all materials and tutorials.
