Whilst Hailey was building multi-million-dollar partnerships for her corporate clients in the 1990s, she simultaneously spent ten years teaching non-profits how to develop their offering for corporates. She ran numerous masterclasses across Australia, NZ and Europe. Her students got great results.

In 2006 Hailey shaped the process into a modular training Toolkit called the HeartSmart® Toolkit which ran as an immersive, intensive training program for 14 years.

After 20+ years of real-world application, refinement and great success for students including Oxfam, Hello Sunday Morning, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, Guide Dogs Australia to name a few, Hailey shaped the process into an online program called™ in April 2020.

HeartSmart® Toolkit

The HeartSmart® Toolkit contains a Starter Kit (introduction to partnership & sponsorship, models of engagement, corporate language, case studies and much more to become initiated into the corporate world) and an Activity Kit.  The Activity Kit contains 10 modules that guide you through each step of the HeartSmart® process. It includes user-friendly templates, real world examples.
