The Activity Kit contains the 10 steps of the HeartSmart® process in 10, easy to read, instructional modules that guide you through each component of the HeartSmart® process.  Each step contains a piece of the jigsaw puzzle that becomes a clear picture when you reach Module 10.  The Kit includes user-friendly templates and real-world examples.

The Hub is an online space for all students, past and present, to access the most current modules, key templates, recording of tutorials by Hailey as well as a shop to purchase 1:1 time with Hailey. This is useful for larger organisations where several students are sharing a physical Toolkit, or when students are working remotely. Hailey Cavill is only available to work with non-profits that have embraced HeartSmart®.

Time to commence

You can purchase the Toolkit at any time, however the ideal time to implement the HeartSmart® process is between January – November 2020, to ensure you are ready for the optimum time to approach corporate prospects – February 2021. We only provide brokerage consultancy for organisations that have embraced HeartSmart®.


The HeartSmart® Toolkit package is $5,000 + GST.  This can be paid upfront with a saving of 10% or can be paid in 5 instalments of $1,000 or 10 instalments of $500.  The package includes the Starter Kit, Activity Kit, access to the Hub and 2 memory sticks containing all templates and real-world examples.  It does not include 1:1 time with Hailey but you can purchase time at a discount rate at the Hub if you need it (students rarely do!).
